RETURN DEADLINES

You have 30 days to return an item to us, from the date the package is delivered or the date your order is ready for collection from the store or collection point of your choice.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Of course, you can try on an item like in a store, but please don't wear it. If the item you return to us is damaged, worn or in poor condition and therefore cannot be resold, we will not be able to take it back from you and may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the costs Delivery). All items are inspected upon return. To receive a REFUND, CREDIT or EXCHANGE of the value of the original product, all returned items must not have been used/worn and must be in the same condition as you received them with their original packaging, with all tags still attached.

We cover return costs for France only. For other countries, return costs will be your responsibility.

RETURN FROM FRANCE (FREE):

Simply fill out the returns form

or send us an email in which you specify:

• Order number
• First and last name indicated on the order
• Return address
• Reason for Return
• Specify if you prefer an exchange, a credit, or a refund (conditions specified below)

RETURN FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY (AT YOUR EXPENSE):

Please return the package in a tracked package to the following address:

Any product returned in compliance with the return conditions may be exchanged, replaced with a voucher credit, or refunded.

EXCHANGE

Standard exchange for the same item or another at the same price (shipping costs for the 2nd product will be your responsibility)

HAVE A Voucher

A credit note for the value of your product will be sent to you by email and can be used for any other purchase on the site.

REFUND

A refund of the value of your product will be sent to you by Paypal within a maximum of one week after receipt of your returned product.
